Job Responsibilities
Operate and program CNC/VMC machines for precision machining operations.
Create and modify CNC programs using Delcam and Mastercam software.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, component drawings, and technical specifications.
Perform machine setup, tool selection, and tool offset adjustments.
Understand machining operations, cutting tools, speeds, and feeds.
Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality.
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
