VMC Operator 🔥🔥

Key Responsibilities

Operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
Perform in-process inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or maintenance requirements.
Ensure product quality by following inspection standards.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S and safety practices.
Meet daily production targets while minimizing material wastage.
Follow all company quality and safety procedures.
Requirements
ITI / Diploma / 12th / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical or related field).
0–5 years of experience as a VMC Operator (Freshers can also apply, if applicable).
Basic knowledge of VMC machine operations.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Familiarity with measuring instruments.
Good teamwork, discipline, and willingness to work in shifts.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of CNC machining processes.
Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Haas controllers.
Understanding of basic machine setup and tool offsets.
Strong attention to quality and productivity.
