CNC Turning Operator
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC turning machines as per production requirements.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Perform machine setup, tool setting, and offset adjustments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
- Monitor machining operations to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring instruments.
- Measure components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and dial indicators.
- Replace worn or damaged cutting tools and inserts as required.
Required Skills
- CNC Turning Machine Operation

- Knowledge of G-Code and M-Code basics
