Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹14,000 per month
Overtime (OT) as applicable
₹7,000 Additional Incentive for Double Machine Operation
₹2,500 Full Attendance Incentive

Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC and VMC machines as per production requirements.
Load and unload components safely and efficiently.
Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production.
Perform basic machine setting and tool changing activities.
Inspect finished components for quality and dimensional accuracy.
Maintain production records and daily reports.
Follow safety guidelines and workplace procedures.
Ensure proper machine cleanliness and routine maintenance.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations.
Ability to read and understand basic production instructions.
Good understanding of shop-floor safety practices.
Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required.
