VMC Operator/Programmer

Job Responsibilities:
Set up and operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines.
Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs (G-code/M-code) as per component drawings.
Select tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for machining operations.
Perform machine setup, tool setting, and work offset adjustments.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and process sheets.
Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure components meet quality standards.
Measure components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.
