Key Responsibilities
Operate and handle VMC machines efficiently.
Set up jobs and fixtures on the VMC machine.
Load and unload components.
Perform tool setting and tool offset adjustments.
Read and understand engineering drawings.
Monitor machining operations and machine performance.
Perform basic quality inspection using measuring instruments.
Check dimensions as per drawing specifications.
Maintain proper machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
