CNC Milling Operators

Job Responsibilities:
Operate CNC Milling machines as per production requirements.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per job instructions.
Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.
Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production.
Inspect components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.
Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
Perform tool offset adjustments and basic machine troubleshooting.
