Operator – CNC Milling

Primary Responsibility:

1. Produce parts to the highest levels of accuracy on CNC Milling machine.
2. He will operate CNC Milling.

Shop Responsibilities:

1. The Operator will receive machining drawings and Production schedule from Supervisor. He will determine the tools and equipment needed to perform the job as per drawing requirements.
2. He will perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
3. He will proactively bring issues that require maintenance to the attention of the Supervisor.

Quality Responsibility:

1. CNC Milling Operator should have understating of the Quality requirements of the component and should liaise with the Quality Team accordingly.
2. CNC Milling Operator should independently check the Quality using metrology equipment.
