Job Description:

Key Responsibilities – CNC & VMC Programmer

• Perform CNC and VMC programming for production components.
• Possess complete knowledge of CNC/VMC machines, including machine operations and programming.
• Conduct part proving and ensure successful sample submission before production.
• Train and guide machine operators on correct part loading, unloading, and inspection procedures.
• Carry out part setup with and without fixtures, ensuring accuracy and production readiness.
• Optimise machining processes to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and production schedules.
