Job Overview

the company is seeking an experienced and technically proficient Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing facility in Kundli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum equipment availability, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across mechanical and electrical systems. Candidates with exposure to automation, AI-based technologies, and programming concepts will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for plant machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, circuit diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, relays, contactors, control panels, and other electrical components.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reliability.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation as per organizational standards.
• Support automation, process optimization, and technology-driven maintenance initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance.
• Expertise in industrial troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Sound understanding of Electrical Drawings, Electrical Components, and Control Systems.
• Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of AI applications, programming concepts, and industrial automation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
