About RVM CAD Job Portal

RVM CAD Job Portal is an online recruitment and hiring platform for CAD, mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, and related engineering roles in India. The platform connects candidates looking for jobs with companies looking to hire skilled talent.

Use of the platform

• Candidates may create profiles, search jobs, apply to job postings, and communicate with hiring teams through platform-supported workflows.
• Companies may create company accounts, post jobs, review applications, access candidate profiles where permitted, and purchase paid hiring services.
• Users must provide accurate information and must not misuse the platform, upload misleading content, impersonate others, or violate applicable laws.

Paid services

RVM CAD may charge companies for job posting credits, candidate profile-view credits, listing boosts, managed hiring services, and other recruitment services shown on the platform. Prices, taxes, and included benefits are displayed before payment wherever applicable.

Payments are processed through Razorpay or other approved payment partners. RVM CAD does not store card numbers, CVV, netbanking passwords, UPI PINs, or other sensitive payment credentials on its servers.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Payments for consumed credits, active listings, completed boosts, or services already delivered are generally non-refundable. If a duplicate payment, failed activation, or incorrect charge occurs, users should contact support with the payment reference so the team can review and resolve it.

Candidate and job information

Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, resume, skills, and application information. Companies are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of job postings, company details, eligibility criteria, and hiring communication.

Account suspension

RVM CAD may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if an account is suspected of fraud, spam, policy abuse, illegal activity, misleading job posts, harassment, or misuse of candidate or company data.

Limitation of liability

RVM CAD provides the platform and hiring services on a reasonable-effort basis. While we work to keep listings and accounts verified, we do not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, interview selection, or uninterrupted platform availability.
