As an Application Engineer, you will work closely with experienced technical consultants, customer engineering teams, and industry-leading technologies while contributing to real-world engineering projects. Key Responsibilities

1. Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Continuously enhance your knowledge of Dassault Systèmes technologies, including SOLIDWORKS, 3DEXPERIENCE, and SIMULIA.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CAD, PLM, cloud engineering, AI-assisted design, and digital engineering workflows.
• Participate in internal technical training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and certification programs.
• Develop technical expertise while working with industry-standard engineering solutions.

1. CAD Design & Engineering Support

• Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using SOLIDWORKS.
• Support customers in implementing design best practices and improving engineering workflows.
• Assist in design validation, product optimization, and engineering change management.
• Apply engineering principles to solve real-world design challenges.

1. 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Implementation

• Support the implementation and deployment of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Configure user roles, collaborative spaces, workflows, and product data management processes.
• Assist customers in adopting cloud-based engineering and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.
• Enable seamless collaboration across engineering teams using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

1. Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, troubleshooting articles, and best-practice documents.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical resolutions, and project activities.
• Contribute to the organization's internal knowledge base and technical documentation library.

1. Project Execution, Simulation & Collaboration

• Participate in customer implementation projects and engineering solution deployments.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers on real-world customer projects across multiple industries.
• Support simulation studies using SIMULIA and SOLIDWORKS Simulation for structural, thermal, motion, and design validation applications.

• Assist in optimizing engineering designs through simulation-driven product development.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

1. Technical Support & Customer Success

• Provide technical support for SOLIDWORKS, 3DEXPERIENCE, and Dassault Systèmes solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to installation, licensing, modeling, assemblies, drawings, and engineering workflows.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries while maintaining high service standards.
• Build long-term technical relationships with customers through effective support and guidance.

1. Product Demonstrations & Solution Consulting

• Assist in conducting technical demonstrations of SOLIDWORKS, 3DEXPERIENCE, and SIMULIA solutions.
• Understand customer engineering requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Support the sales team during technical presentations, proof-of-concept activities, and solution evaluations.
• Demonstrate engineering workflows and product capabilities to prospective customers.

1. Customer Training & Technical Enablement

• Assist in delivering customer training sessions on SOLIDWORKS, 3DEXPERIENCE, and SIMULIA solutions.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and technical documentation.
• Help customers adopt industry best practices and maximize the value of Dassault Systèmes solutions.
• Support technical workshops and customer onboarding programs.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Mechanical Design principles
• Familiarity with SOLIDWORKS or other 3D CAD software
• Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing concepts
