ROLE SUMMARY -
We are seeking a proactive, technically proficient, and highly motivated Design Engineer (3–5 Years Experience) to join our core engineering unit in Faridabad. In this role, you will play a vital part in transforming complex structural design specifications into error-free fabrication and assembly drawings. This position demands a self-starter who values precision, possesses a deep understanding of heavy steel engineering, and is eager to grow alongside an expanding, globally active company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

1. Engineering & Design: Execute high-precision 2D drafting, structural detailing, component layout planning, and assembly drawings for tunnel gantries, heavy steel frameworks, and custom formworks using AutoCAD or Aries.

1. Hydraulic Integration: Work alongside the core mechanical design team to integrate heavy hydraulic systems and hydraulic alignments into standard fabrication drawings seamlessly.

1. BOM & Documentation: Generate exact Bill of Materials (BOM), production-ready cutting lists, and technical documentation to support assembly teams and lower shop-floor material waste.

1. Technology Transition: Contribute proactively to the company's planned technical evolution from 2D drafting workflows toward advanced 3D modeling architecture.

1. Site Deployment Support: Travel to nationwide client construction project sites as necessary to perform site inspections, technical alignments, initial configurations, and coordination with site engineers. (The company provides a separate, dedicated financial allowance to cover all outstation travel, boarding, lodging, and project-related site expenses. These reimbursements stand fully outside the standard monthly CTC.)

Technical Qualifications:
Proven 4–5 years of structural drafting experience within a heavy fabrication, structural steel, pre-engineered building (PEB), or construction formwork industry.

• Expert level, hands-on control over AutoCAD (or Aries software), with profound command over drafting notation, welding callouts, section views, and fabrication tolerance limits.

Strong baseline understanding of raw material profiles, steel grade requirements, and fabrication workflows.

• Preferred Asset (Plus Factor): Active proficiency or working knowledge in 3D modeling environments (such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or AutoCAD 3D) is highly desirable.
