Job Description:

Objective: Design and develop machine vision/test & measurement systems, for specific customer applications

Responsibilities:

· Design and Development: Creating and refining designs for mechanical systems and components, often using CAD software like SolidWorks or AutoCAD.

· Prototyping and Testing: Building and testing prototypes to evaluate designs and ensure they meet performance and safety standards.

Technical Documentation: Creating detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including project managers, manufacturing teams, and other engineers, to ensure designs are feasible and meet project requirements.
Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving design challenges and issues that arise during the development process.
Project Management: Managing design projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
Compliance: Ensuring designs adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.
Respond to technical issues with products and systems, identify and implement solutions
Communicate customer feedback into future product developments
Project Engineers also provide ongoing field and customer support, as well as training
