Job description
We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to operate our 3-axis CNC router for panel nesting and cutting operations in modular furniture production. Responsibilities include setting up and running nesting jobs across materials like MDF, HDHMR, HPL, plywood, and MFC; selecting tooling and cutting parameters; managing tool wear; and ensuring dimensional accuracy and finish quality. Must be able to read and manually edit G-code — adjusting feeds, speeds, and toolpaths directly when needed, not just running CAM-generated output as-is. Familiarity with UCanCam or similar CAM software preferred.
Experience: 2+ years on industrial CNC routers, furniture/woodworking industry preferred.
