Job Title: CNC Operator

Job Summary:
Responsible for operating and monitoring CNC machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
Set machine parameters, tools, offsets, and cutting conditions as required.
Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production.
Perform dimensional inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Identify and correct basic machining and quality issues.
Maintain required production and inspection records.
Keep machines, tools, and the work area clean and organized.
Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Carry out basic machine maintenance and report technical problems to the supervisor or maintenance team.
Meet production targets while maintaining required quality standards.

Required Skills:

1–3 years of experience as a CNC Operator.
Knowledge of CNC machining processes and tooling.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of CNC programs, offsets, and machine settings.
Knowledge of measuring and inspection instruments.
