Qualification

ITI / Diploma / Certification in CNC, Mechanical, Production, Tool & Die or a related field preferred.
Candidates with strong practical experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience operating CNC router machines, preferably for wood.
Experience with stone/marble/granite CNC is an advantage.
Proficiency in ArtCAM / VCarve – required.
AutoCAD and CorelDRAW – preferred.
2D and 3D modelling and CNC-ready design preparation.
CNC toolpath generation and G-code/NC file preparation.
Understanding of feed rate, spindle RPM, plunge rate, step-over/step-down and cutting depth.
Ability to set X/Y/Z zero, install tools, operate the machine and troubleshoot basic issues.

Roles & Responsibilities

Create and modify 2D and 3D designs for CNC production.
Convert customer concepts into CNC-ready designs.
Generate toolpaths and prepare CNC programs.
Independently set up and operate the CNC router machine.
Monitor production and resolve basic machining issues.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
Maintain the machine, tools and work area.

Wood and stone engraving/carving

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone capable of independently handling the complete process:

Design → Toolpath → CNC Setup → Machining → Quality Check

Good design sense, problem-solving ability, attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential.
