Job description
CNC VMC Operator – Job Role
- Operate and set up CNC VMC machines for precision machining.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and technical drawings.
- Perform tool setting, job setting, and workpiece clamping.
- Load and execute CNC programs and make basic program corrections.
- Check dimensions and tolerances using vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.
- Perform in-process inspection to ensure quality standards.
- Handle cutting tools, tool offsets, and machine parameters.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machine and machining issues.
- Maintain proper surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
- Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the machine.
Salary-16k-22k
