Mechanical Design Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with strong SolidWorks skills and practical
understanding of mechanical mechanisms. The role involves working on different product design and
development projects from concept to manufacturing drawings.

The current requirement is focused on Sheet Metal and Fitness/ Gym Equipment design, including mechanism
development, 3D modeling, fabrication detailing and production-ready documentation.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop 3D models and assemblies in SolidWorks
● Work on mechanical design-to-manufacturing projects
● Design and optimize gym equipment mechanisms and moving assemblies
● Prepare fabrication and production drawings
● Create manufacturing drawings with BOM (Bill of Materials)
● Coordinate design changes and revisions based on project requirements
● Ensure manufacturability, functionality and cost-effective design solutions
● Support prototyping and product development activities

Nice to have:
● Experience in Fitness / Gym Equipment design
● Knowledge of linkage systems, adjustable mechanisms and strength equipment structures
● Familiarity with product development for fabricated products
