- Operate HMC machines as per production schedule.
- Load and unload components safely.
- Read engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Set work offsets and tool offsets as instructed.
- Perform tool changes and monitor tool wear.
- Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring instruments.
- Maintain dimensional tolerances as specified.
