Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Design Engineer to join our team in developing Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and industrial automation systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing mechanical systems aligned with project requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop SPM machines and mechanical systems as per project requirements
Work on machines such as:
Conveyors
Pick & Place Automation Systems
Component Washing Machines
Assembly Line Automation
Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth system integration
Create detailed 2D/3D designs using SolidWorks / AutoCAD
Support manufacturing and assembly teams to ensure accurate execution of designs
Perform design validation, prototype testing, and improvements
Maintain proper documentation: drawings, BOMs, and technical reports
Stay updated with latest automation and machine design technologies

Requirements-

Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
18 years of experience in machine design (SPM/Automation preferred)
Strong proficiency in:
SolidWorks
AutoCAD
Solid understanding of:
Mechanical design principles
Machine components and materials
Manufacturing and assembly processes
Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
Experience in prototype development and testing is an advantage
