PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER - MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING

GAURAV ENGINEERING WORKS is looking for a Production & Quality Control Manager to manage the complete manufacturing process, from receiving customer orders to final inspection and dispatch.

Responsibilities:

• Review customer orders and understand engineering drawings.
• Check stock availability and arrange raw materials when required.
• Plan production schedules and prioritize urgent orders.
• Guide workers and machine operators regarding job requirements.
• Monitor production progress and delivery deadlines.
• Inspect finished components as per customer drawings and specifications.
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
• Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and production staff.
• Manage packing and dispatch to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements: Experience in mechanical manufacturing, CNC/VMC machining, production planning, engineering drawings, and quality inspection is preferred. Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering preferred
