Project Planning & Execution
Plan and execute projects in line with requirements and project schedules.
Develop detailed project timelines and monitor progress against milestones.
Coordinate all project activities from engineering to dispatch and site execution.
Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and cost targets.
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
Client Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
Attend project review meetings and provide regular progress updates.
Address client queries, technical clarifications, and change requests.
Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with the Design team for engineering drawings and revisions.
Work with Procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
Coordinate with Production Planning and Manufacturing to meet project schedules.
Liaise with Quality Control for inspections, testing, and documentation.
Coordinate with Logistics for dispatch and site delivery schedules.
Project Monitoring & Reporting
Track project progress against approved schedules.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
Monitor project costs and resource utilization.
Highlight delays, bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain complete project documentation and records.
Documentation
Review project specifications, BOQs, drawings, and contracts.
Prepare work orders and project execution documentation.
Maintain inspection reports, customer approvals, and handover documents.
Ensure all project documentation is properly archived.
