Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Plastic Injection Moulds using Siemens NX.
Create 3D models and complete mould assemblies.
Design Core, Cavity, Parting Surface, and Mold Base.
Design and develop Sliders, Lifters, Side Cores, and Ejector Systems.
Design Cooling Systems, Runner Systems, and Gate Locations.
Perform draft analysis and basic DFM considerations.
Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing drawings and documentation.
Prepare and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials).
