Urgent Hiring: CNC Turning Programmer and Operator

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, edit, and execute CNC turning programs using G-code and M-code.
Operate CNC turning machines efficiently for production activities.
Develop CNC programs as per engineering drawings and customer requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
Perform machine setting, tool setting, and workpiece alignment.
Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters.
Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, and Height Gauge.
Troubleshoot machining problems and optimize cycle time.
Maintain production quality and achieve daily production targets.
Follow safety procedures and maintain machine cleanliness.
Coordinate with the quality and production departments.

Required Skills

Knowledge of CNC Turning Programming.
Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens control systems.
G-code and M-code programming.
CNC machine setting and operation.
Knowledge of OD, ID, facing, grooving, threading, and boring operations.
Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, and tool offsets.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of tolerances and surface finish.
Basic knowledge of preventive machine maintenance.
