Production & Execution Manager – Heavy Engineering / Machinery Manufacturing

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production & Execution Manager who can independently manage and execute machine manufacturing work strictly as per approved engineering drawings, specifications, and production schedules.

The candidate should be capable of taking responsibility from drawing → material → fabrication → machining → assembly → testing → final machine readiness and ensure that work is completed correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, BOMs and assembly drawings.
Plan daily and weekly production activities according to machine requirements.
Allocate work to fabricators, machinists, fitters, welders and other workers.
Ensure every component is manufactured as per drawing and specified dimensions.
Check fabrication, welding, machining and assembly quality at every stage.
Coordinate with the design/engineering team whenever there is any drawing-related issue or clarification.
Ensure that workers do not make changes to drawings or dimensions without approval.
Monitor material availability and coordinate with purchase/store teams.

#Candidate Requirements

Experience: 2–5+ years in heavy machinery / industrial machinery manufacturing.
Strong ability to read mechanical engineering drawings.
Practical knowledge of fabrication, welding, machining and mechanical assembly.
Experience with large industrial machines, heavy structures, shafts, bearings, hydraulic systems and mechanical assemblies will be preferred.
Should understand tolerances, fits, alignment and measurement instruments.
