Career opportunity for CNC Operators/Programmers and Turners (Lathe).
Location: Thane and Navi Mumbai
CNC Operators Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines as per drawings/specifications
- Load materials and monitor machine operations
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic maintenance
- Ensure quality and safety standards
CNC Programmer Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
- Loading raw materials into the CNC machine.
- Inputting the product design into the computer modelling software.
- Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
- Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.
- Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.
- Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.
- Cleaning and maintaining the machine.
- Training new staff on machine operation procedures.
Turner Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up conventional lathe machines.
- Read engineering drawings and machine components as per specifications.
- Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure safe machine operation.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field
- Experience in CNC/Lathe operations preferred
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments
