Role Description
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sparking and Wirecut (EDM) Machine Operator to join our production team.
- The candidate will be responsible for operating Sparking and Wirecut machines to carry out precision cutting operations according to design and engineering specifications.
- The role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, CAD data interpretation, and quality control procedures.
- The operator will set up, program, and monitor the Sparking and Wirecut (EDM) process to ensure accurate and efficient machining of components.
- Responsibilities include verifying dimensions, maintaining tight tolerances, and ensuring all finished parts meet required standards.
- The candidate will interpret engineering drawings, review CAD models, and collaborate with the design and tool room teams to achieve daily production targets.
- Regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of EDM machines will be essential to minimize downtime and enhance machine performance.
- The operator must also maintain detailed records of machining activities, inspection reports, and maintenance logs to ensure traceability and compliance with company procedures.
- The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or ITI certification in Tool & Die Making, Mechanical, or a related field, with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Sparking or Wirecut EDM operations.
- Strong technical knowledge, accuracy, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Candidates should be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment while upholding the companys quality and safety standards.

- Qualification: 10th and above / Diploma in Tool & Die making is preferred
- Experience: Must have minimum 2 years experience in Moulds Manufacturing Industries.
- Work Location : Dommasandra, Near Sarjapur Road
- Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience)
